Initially we contacted several other victims over the internet, and together we were able to fight back and get a full refund. Although we got our money, there are many other people out there who have not. We continue the fight in order to help others and to eventually force these Mexican Resorts to improve their business practices. We do not charge for our services and help, but if you eventually find value in our assistance we would appreciate any financial contributions you would care to make. Before you decide to contribute, you must first receive your refund. Regardless of the reason, if we can not help you get a refund we would not want your contribution. I have seen too many cases where people solicit money from consumer fraud victims for helping them and then provide nothing more than defrauding the consumer a second time.
